NDR visits the LIFE Limicodra project area
Report highlights successes in meadow bird conservation at the Szczecin Lagoon
Norddeutscher Rundfunk (NDR) has featured the LIFE Limicodra project on radio, television and online. The focus is on positive developments for lapwings, redshanks and black-tailed godwits – and the importance of ongoing conservation measures.

In her report, journalist Susann Moll describes how the area has changed over the past seven years as a result of targeted measures: raised water levels, electric fences to protect against predators and close cooperation with farmers have led to significantly more meadow birds breeding in the LIFE area today.
